Noi Abrahams
Born and raised in Thailand, I had an interest in cooking from the age of 8. By 9 years old I was cooking for my family and by 11 I got my first food stall in the local market.
In 2010 I qualified as a chef for modern British cuisine
before switching my attention to opening my Thai cooking class in 2017. I have extended my kitchen as we got busier and I have now taught over 1000 students despite being only open only 1 day a week.

Had a lovely one on one cook session with Noi at her house. All the ingredients and equipment was set out. The place was clean and tidy. I’ve also attended a group cooking session which was also fun.
